What is a check?
One run of the policy check on one AI agent: Grapim writes the test messages from the policy, sends them to the agent and judges every answer and action. Re-checks after an approved fix count as checks.
What is an active agent or client workspace?
An AI agent with at least one completed check this month. A vendor’s clients each get their own workspace, billed to the vendor.
Do my clients need an account?
No. A client reads the result and signs off from a link that expires after 30 days and can be revoked.
What happens at a limit?
On Free, Grapim stops at the limit, says which one, and keeps your results. On Team and Vendor, extra agents or clients are billed at the price shown.
Which AI agents can I connect?
Intercom, Zendesk, any OpenAI-compatible API, or your own HTTP endpoint. Keys you paste are stored encrypted.
